Order rows that show multiple statuses contain more than one product that may be at different points in the order process.

Line Item Status Definitions:

New Order - The customer has placed their order and it has entered into our system.

Ordered - We’ve ordered the product from the supplier and await its arrival.

Received - We’ve received the product from the supplier and put it into the product queue

Binned - The product is decorated and ready to ship but awaiting other products to complete decoration before shipping.

Shipped - Shipped from our facility on its way to the customer (Detailed tracking Information is included in order details)

Partner Fulfiller - The product is decorated by one of our partners and will always remain this status. Reach out to our team directly for a status update (Includes Iliac leather goods and hard goods)
